The Beckman Coulter DTX 880 Multimode Detector is ideal for use in applications such as drug discovery, genomics, proteomics, and cell-based research. This microplate reader can operate as stand-alone devices or can be integrated into the Beckman Biomek liquid handling laboratory automation workstations. Integration with automated liquid handling systems is facilitated by a choice of plate loading options, which include an extra-wide plate access door, and the ability to accept plates in portrait or landscape formats. In fact, this plate reader can accept a wide range of labware making it a flexible workhorse. The unique optics design of the DTX 880 ensures precise performance and sensitivity across all detection modes. The Beckman DTX 880 has the capability to scan samples for absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence readings, this microplate reader is configured with Absorbance and Fluorescence filters including TRF, with multiple Emission and Excitation slides.
